Home Made Hallacas
• First, you must to prepare the stew, my family used a big pot and there mix many kinds of meat, chicken and pig.
• Next, you need to add the vegetables and condiments to the pot and let it cook.
• Meanwhile, take the flour and prepare it with water and salt. Another person had to clean the leaf.
• Take the leaf and spread the flour.
• After that, take the stew and add it to the Hallaca.
• Then, tie the Hallaca and let it cook in a pot with boil water.
The hallaca is my favorite food. I always eat hallacas on December beause is very delicious and its taste is very special.
This food is typical in Venezuela on December.
